Dashboard and calendar
Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”The dashboard is the first screen after sign-in. It shows only what your role may see.
- Drafts, Media files and Users cards with counts.
- Content: each collection with its published and draft counts. Click a count to open the filtered list.
- Recent activity: the latest changed entries with status, collection and time.
- Quick actions: + Page, + Post and Upload media.
A new site shows a short guide to create the first page or post instead.
Calendar
Section titled “Calendar”Calendar places entries on a month or week view by their publishAt or date field. Colours show the status:
draft, scheduled or published.
- Drag an entry to another day to change its date (needs the scheduling permission; the change is a commit).
- Click a day to see its entries, edit one quickly or create a new one on that date.
- Dates follow the site’s time zone and your language.
